Ikeja Hotel is a proposed project in Nigeria, combining 150 luxury rooms and suites, with amenities and facilities appropriate to the business market, such as flexible meeting space, and various dining options.

The hotel design sits on a plinth, with sharply defined horizontal emphasis subtly influenced by traditional Nigerian patterns. Shaded glazing provides an open and free feel to the interior spaces, while maintaining good climate control appropriate to the warm and humid Nigerian weather.
