PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This house set out a lot of challenges - R 500 000 budget, with an extremely steep site.

We managed to make it work and made as much multi-functional uses with the building as possible.

The client had to push their budget up to R 1000 000 in order to receive realistic quotations for what was required (engineering-wise).
