PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This very unique project asked of the Architects to design a new 5 star Boutique Hotel next to an existing Dhow slipway.
​
The entire precinct is to be upgraded to make it more user friendly and to upgrade the area.
​
There will also be the demolition of a market space, but it will be upgraded into a beautiful daily and clean market with stalls.
